Financial Transactions and Taxes

Orders and Delivery• Orders within India are charged in Indian rupees
• Orders are dispatched within three working days of being placed. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• You will receive an email with a tracking id once your order has been dispatched.
• Courier deliveries will take about 2-3 days within India
• Delivery is usually from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays. Some couriers deliver on Saturdays within India.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, owing to unforeseen circumstances. UTSAV Management Consultants will not be responsible for any delays.

Cancelation of OrdersCancellation can only be effected if the order has not been dispatched. To cancel, please send an email quoting the order number, with the subject ‘Cancellation of Order’, to email@example.com
Replacement and RefundAll sales are final except in cases of defective book or those damaged in transit, or if there has been an error on our part. The request for replacement of damaged book must reach us within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the defective or damaged book and the name of the book. If accepted, either another copy of the book will be sent to you or the amount refunded. Refund will be done online in 5 to 6 working days.
We sometimes collect your email address, for purposes such as sending promotional emails, product release information and sale information. By submitting your email Id, you consent to emails from UTSAV Management Consultants.
UTSAV Management Consultants sometimes collects your phone number for the purpose of calling you about enquiries made through our website. By submitting your phone number to UTSAV Management Consultants, you consent to phone calls and SMS from UTSAV, even if such number is registered through a state or federal "Do Not Call" list.
